PC Win: Cannot Forward or Reply on Return Receipts

SYMPTOMS

Normally, in version 3.0, 3.0b, or 3.2 of Microsoft Mail for Windows, the Forward, Reply, and Reply All options are not available when a return receipt message is selected. These options are available, however, if the return receipt message is located in a shared folder, but once you select one you are notified that it cannot be run.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in versions 3.0, 3.0b, and 3.2 of Microsoft Mail for Windows. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
