These command-line parameters can be used with the Microsoft Mail Gateway to SMTP:

   -BD          -BT          -BR          -C[newi]
   -D           -G[acnsy]    -H           -I
   -L[acnsy]    -MR          -MS          -Q
   -P           -RE          -RR          -T
   -V20         -W           -X           -MD
