PRB: Cannot Connect to WinDbgRm

SYMPTOMS

If you changed the transport layer from the start up default in WinDbgRm, you will need to check the Default Transport Layer button, quit WinDbgRm, and then start WinDbgRm again. If you failed the connection you will receive the following error message:

   Transport DLL 'tlxxx.dll xxx windbg' cannot connect to remote.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.
