Terminal Won't Display VT100 Bold Characters on EGA

SYMPTOMS

The Terminal application included with Microsoft Windows versions 3.0 and 3.1 does not display VT100 bold characters as bold on an EGA display. They are displayed correctly on other displays.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows versions 3.0 and 3.1. We are researching this problem and will post new information here as it becomes available.
