The Fahrenheit 1280 is a video card that is up to 25 times faster than standard super VGA while running the Microsoft Windows.

The 1280 card supports a maximum interlaced display resolution of 1280 x 1024, with both interlaced and noninterlaced support at 1024 x 768 and lower. The Orchid 1280 card also supports up to 32,768 colors in 640 x 480, and memory options of 512K and 1 MB of VRAM.

The driver supplied with this card has been tested to support the following programs:

   Windows 3.0, AutoCAD 4.01 and 386, Generic CAD, Microstation, GEM,
   VersaCAD, PCAD, Ventura Publisher, Lotus 1-2-3, Microsoft Word,
   Word Perfect, Cadvance, Cadkey
