SYMPTOMS

When you click the question mark button in the upper right corner in the properties for a URL shortcut, and then point to Target URL on the Internet Shortcut tab, you may receive the following error message:

   Cannot find the Plus!.hlp file. Do you want to try to find the
   file yourself?
