SYMPTOMS

When you run Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) 3-channel Mylex SWXCR Raid Controller Manager (SWXCRMGR.EXE) or Monitor (SWXCRMON.EXE) programs followed by the Disk Administrator program in Windows NT Server 3.5, the following STOP message may appear:

   STOP: 0x0000000A

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, run the Disk Administrator program before you run the SWXCR Raid Controller Manager or Monitor programs. For additional information, call DEC Technical Support at (800) 354-9000.
