NE3200 not reset properly on warm boot

SYMPTOMS

When you make a change to your Windows NT configuration (for example, remove a network protocol) and choose the Restart Now button, the computer hangs at the initialization screen.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, turn the machine off or press the reset button.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 3.1 and 3.5. This problem was corrected in Windows NT version 3.51.
