SYMPTOM

On a Microsoft Windows NT 3.51 server with Service Pack 2 and NTSweep Version 2.78 Client/Server Antivirus software (from Sophos PLC Corporation) installed, the following system log errors appears:

   Event ID 2019

   Description:

      The server was unable to allocate from the system nonpaged pool
      because the pool was empty.

RESOLUTION

Obtain the fixed version 2.78a of NTSweep from Sophos PLC U.S. Tech Support at (513)755-1964.
