SYMPTOMS

Remote Access Server detects a Motorola BitSurfr Pro as one of several models, none of which is correct.

CAUSE

The BitSurfr Pro is an unsupported ISDN adapter.

RESOLUTION

Contact Motorola for an updated information file for the BitSurfr Pro.
