Cannot Delete Individual Print Jobs in NetWare Print Queue

SYMPTOMS

Users with supervisor rights on a NetWare server may be unable to remove individual print jobs in a NetWare print queue.

STATUS

Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.

MORE INFORMATION

The users can use the Purge Print Documents command on the Printer menu, deleting all jobs in the print queue.
