Dr. Watson Does Not Report Service Pack Number

SYMPTOMS

Dr. Watson for Windows NT version 4.0 does not write service pack numbers to the Drwtsn32.log file that is created by Drwtsn32.exe.

CAUSE

This functionality is not implemented in the current shipping version of Windows NT Server and Windows NT Workstation.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 4.0. We are researching this problem and will post additional information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
