The information in this article applies to:
  • Microsoft Word for Windows, version 6.0
  • Word Assistant version 1.0

SYMPTOMS

Although the Help button in Font Assistant is context sensitive, the F1 key is not.

MORE INFORMATION

If you start Font Assistant and choose the Create Group, Change Group, or Font Information button, choosing the Help button returns a different help screen than if you choose the F1 key.

When you press F1, the same set of help screens appears no matter where you are working in Font Assistant. This is not consistent with the Help button, which returns information specific to the area of Font Assistant you are working in when you choose it.
