WD: Incomplete Message in Labels Dialog With HP IIIsi PS Driver

SYMPTOMS

When you use the Hewlett-Packard (HP) LaserJet IIISi PostScript printer driver, version 4.0, to print labels in Word, the following text appears at the bottom of the Labels dialog box:

   Before printing, insert labels in your printer's upper.

   -or-

   Before printing, insert labels in your printer's lower.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
