AVIFileInfo

The AVIFileInfo function obtains information about an AVI file.

Parameters

pfile

Handle of an open AVI file.

pfi

Address of the structure used to return file information. Typically, this parameter points to an AVIFILEINFO structure.

lSize

Size, in bytes, of the structure.

Return Values

Returns zero if successful or an error otherwise.

QuickInfo

  Windows NT: Requires version 3.1 or later.
  Windows: Requires Windows 95 or later.
  Windows CE: Unsupported.
  Header: Declared in vfw.h.
  Import Library: Use vfw32.lib.
  Unicode: Implemented as Unicode and ANSI versions on Windows NT.
