Entry

Description

Custom Dict 1

Specifies the name and location of custom dictionaries you want to use with Microsoft Excel. You can specify additional custom dictionaries by sequentially numbering additional entries, such as Custom Dict 2, and so on.

Ignore Caps

Uses a Boolean value (0,1) to indicate the state of the Ignore Caps check box in the Spell Check dialog box.

Speller

Has a value of the form [Number, Word]. The number is a country code, and the word refers to the dictionary type (see the tables later in this section).

Suggest Always

Uses a Boolean value (0,1) to indicate the state of the Suggest check box in the Spell Check dialog box.

Note

Although you can specify the full path for each of several custom dictionaries using Custom Dict n entries, all custom dictionaries must be placed in the \MSAPPS\PROOF subdirectory of your WINDOWS directory.
