Cannot delete SourceFile

The name entered into SourceFile cannot be deleted because either:

• The file couldn't be found.
  
  
• You don't have permissions to delete the file.
  
  
• There is a problem on your system preventing you from deleting the file.
  
  
• The file is otherwise protected from deletion.
