Deleting a Resource File

Resource files may not be deleted directly from the Resource Editor. To remove a resource file from your project, select it in the Project Explorer and choose the Remove filename command from the Project menu.

You can use the Delete toolbar button on the Resource Editor toolbar to delete individual resources from a resource file.
