Changes made to a resource file are not immediately reflected in your project. The file must be saved before your changes will be reflected. If you run your project before saving the resource file, any resources added to the file since the last save will not be loaded.
To save a resource file, click the Save toolbar button on the Resource Editor toolbar, or choose Save or Save As from the shortcut menu.
When a resource file has been changed but not saved, the status bar displays a File Modified icon and a Modified message as a reminder.
