Displays the Resource Editor add-in, which displays a hierarchical list of resources contained in the resource file (.res) for the currently selected project. Resources can be added, deleted, or edited. If there is no resource file in the currently selected project, the Resource Editor displays a blank resource file.
The Resource Editor command is only visible when the Resource Editor add-in is loaded.
