IWebBrowser2::put_ToolBar
HRESULT put_ToolBar(
    int Value
);
Shows or hides the Internet Explorer toolbar.
Returns S_OK if successful, or an OLE-defined error code otherwise.

Value
Show flag. A value of TRUE shows the toolbar; a value of FALSE hides it.

The WebBrowser object ignores this property.
