REG_EXPAND_SZ
Specifies the name of the executable file launched when the application is selected from the Tools menu. If you do not specify a path, SMS performs a standard %Path% environment variable search using CreateProcess.
Environment strings of the form %<variable>% will be expanded before the executable path is used to launch the application.
