An error occurred while attempting to load the WebClass state.
If this occurs at run-time, then your .Dll is probably corrupted and you should recopy or rebuild/recopy. If it occurs at design time, then your project files are probably corrupted. If you can’t manually rebuild your project, contact Microsoft Technical Support, as in certain cases some of the project may be salvaged. (See the Technical Support command on the Help menu.)
