Modifying the Consumer for Use with the Enhanced Provider

To run the test consumer with the enhanced provider, you must make a few changes to handle bookmarks:

• Change the Run button handler to request a bookmark from the provider
  
  
• Add an entry to handle the bookmark in the user record
