The file you want to open is not available in the local Web application.

You can retrieve a read-only or a writeable copy from the master Web application:

• To retrieve a read-write copy, choose Check Out or Get Working Copy.
  
  
• To view the file without making changes, choose Open Read Only.

To continue making the same choice in the future, in similar situations, choose Use as default response. You can change this option later in the Web Project Options dialog box.
