Creates an UpDownChangedEvent object.
Syntax
public UpDownChangedEvent( int value, int delta )
Parameters
value
The current value of the up-down control. This parameter is for informational use only. This value cannot be modified.
delta
The proposed change to the value of the up-down control. If the change is accepted, the new value of the up-down control is the sum of value and delta.
