Deriving from a class definition, you can define specific managed objects by using instances of that class. Where the class models the real-world device or component in the general sense, each instance represents a specific occurrence of the class.
To see instances of a class, select Instances from the property page. From this view you can see all instances of the class and the values for all properties listed.
