I can't find the table I want.

If the list of tables does not include the tables you expect to see, check the following, depending on the options available for your data source:

Check the owner The tables you want might belong to a different owner. In the Add Tables dialog box, click a different owner in the Owner box. The person who owns the tables might need to grant you permission before you can use the tables.
Check the displayed table types The tables you want might be of types that aren't selected for display. In the Add Tables dialog box, click Options. Under Show, make sure all of the table types are selected.
Refresh the table list The tables you want might have been added to the database since the last time Microsoft Query connected to the database. To see recently added tables, click Options in the Add Tables dialog box, and then click Refresh.
