NGOAuthorizeKeyword

This transaction is used to Authorize or uUnauthorize keywordKeywords. If a userUser wants to Authorize or Unauthorized all the specified kKeywords, then user can a common flag AutorizeAllFlagAuthorizeAllFlag can be specified or else , otherwise user can specify aAuthorize flag for individual keywords.ifKeywords can be specified. If the userUser wants to aAuthorize or Uunauthorize the Keywords individually, then value for user should not pass value for AutorizeAllFlagAuthorizeAllFlag should not be passed.
