When you buy Paint Shop Pro, you have free access to Jasc’s staff of customer support and technical support personnel. Use the following Help menu items to reach Jasc:
Choose Help > Online Support and Resources. This takes you to the Support section of Jasc's Web site, where you'll find a wealth of helpful information, including a Frequently Asked Questions section, the Knowledge Base, tutorials from the Learning Center, and a Software Updates section. While on Jasc.com, you can also go to the Community section where you'll find forums to speak with other users. In the User Profile Gallery sections you can see how others are using Paint Shop Pro. You can even read Zoom In, our monthly newsletter.
Choose Help > Contact Information. This takes you to a Web page listing language-specific contact information for customer support and technical support, including phone numbers, e-mail and Web addresses, as well as mailing addresses.
