Editor path is a required field when prompting by editor is selected

This message has the following cause and solution:

• When you check the Use Editor to Prompt for Comments check box, you must specify the appropriate editor.

  Set the path in the Editor field of the Command-Line Options tab in the Tools Options dialog box on the Tools menu.
