This message has the following cause and solution:

• You have selected a file in the History of File dialog box list and then clicked Get.

  Click Yes, and VSS gets the entire project as it existed immediately after the selected file was checked in.

  Click No, and VSS gets only the file version you selected; it doesn't get any other files in the project.
