The VSS database has been locked by the Administrator

This message has the following cause and solution:

• You are attempting to access a database that has been locked by the Administrator. 

  Your Administrator may be running Analyze to repair the database, or they could be archiving data.  Remind your Administrator to unlock the database when they complete their tasks.
