You do not have access rights to <command name>

This error has the following cause and solution:

• Your VSS access rights are insufficient for the command you are attempting to execute. For example, if you are a read-only user, you can use the Get Latest Version command to view files, but you cannot use the Check Out command to modify them.

  If you believe you have received this message in error, contact your VSS Administrator.
