Searching for a Workflow

UII Administrator can use the CRM search feature to find a non-hosted application.

To search for a workflow

  1. Using CRM administrator credentials, log on to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  2. In the left navigation pane, click Settings > UII Settings > Workflow.
  3. The Workflow list page appears. Type the name of the workflow in the Search for records box, and then click the Search icon. If the workflow exists in the database, the search results show the workflow details. If the search cannot locate the workflow, it returns the following error message: "No workflow records are available in this view."
