Handle to the keyboard layout.
hIMC
Handle to the input context.
uEscape
Index of the subfunction. For more information about the escape, see the "IME Escapes" table in Input Method Editor Constants.

Subfunction-specific data.

Returns zero on error; otherwise, returns an escape-specific value.
