Nonspacing Characters and Diacritics

When breaking lines or otherwise separating text, be sure to keep nonspacing characters with their base characters. Many scripts contain characters that visually combine with other characters on output ¾ for example, the diacritical marks (or "floating accents"). In Unicode, nonspacing characters follow their base character.
