By default, Portable Offline Browser places all downloaded Web sites to \download\ subdirectory in the directory where the program was installed.

Portable Offline Browser can also have separate download directories for each of its Project Folders. Newly created folders use the common download directory specified in the Options dialog. But you can easily change it if you select the desired Folder and click Properties button on toolbar or click the Properties button on the Ribbon - Home tab.
