How to install Portable Offline Browser under a non-administrator user on Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10?

There is only one thing to be done after the installation - please allow read/write access to the folder where Portable Offline Browser is installed. By default it is in your Program Files folder.

Some non-privileged logons may have write operations disabled in that folder. In this case Portable Offline Browser may fail to save its data and Project settings when exiting the program.

Another way is to change the Projects, Maps and Templates folder location to some other place which is allowed for full access by the user. You can do it using the Options dialog | Advanced | File Locations.
