This category allows you to integrate Portable Offline Browser with Windows.
Monitor clipboard
With this setting checked, Portable Offline Browser will watch the clipboard. If a URL is encountered there (a string beginning with http://, https://, ftp://, mms://, mmst://, pnm:// or rtsp://), the URL will be added as a new Project.
Use MS Internet Explorer context menu
With this setting checked, Portable Offline Browser will add two items to the MS Internet Explorer right-click context menu. Download with Portable Offline Browser menu allows you to add the link as an Portable Offline Browser Project and load it. Download the current page with Portable Offline Browser creates a new Project with the URL set to the address of the current page in MS IE
When a new URL is found in Windows clipboard, Portable Offline Browser creates a new Project. It opens the new Project Properties dialog by default. However you can override this behavior using:
Use default template
When this option is checked, Portable Offline Browser will automatically add new Projects to the Projects tree. All parameters for the new Project, except the URL and comment, will be taken from the Default Template . You may also turn on Automatically start download. A newly added Project will be downloaded without your assistance
Automatically start download
Check this setting to start all automatically pasted Projects without your assistance. Note: The Use default template should also be turned on.
