URL Filters purpose is to allow you to precisely define which links should be downloaded by Portable Offline Browser. They are grouped into 4 categories - Protocol, Server, Directory and Filename.

There is also a Skip URLs list that allows you to specify full filenames to be excluded from the Project download. Keywords are not supported in the list. You can also specify directories and servers to skip. To do this, please add a full URL to the server or directory name with the ending slash.

Examples:

http://www.server.com/dir/file.html

Skip the links with URL exactly as above.

http://www.server.com/dir/

Skip all links in the .../dir/ folder.

http://www.server.com/dir/file*

Skip all links that begin from the above. E.g. .../file.htm, .../file.asp?id=5 and so on.

The Skip URLs list is accessible from the Project Map as well.

In the URL Filters - Filename section you can also filter links by their name, by using keywords like:

link:Football

Note: Portable Offline Browser skips a URL if any of the URL Filters or File Filters setting doesn't allow it to be loaded (even if all other Project settings allow the URL to be loaded).
