Collate

On the Advanced tab (in the Paper/Output folder).

Collate activates after you select two or more copies in the:

• Print dialog box.
• Copies field, on the Advanced tab.

To determine the order that pages print, select either:

• Collated: The printer prints the pages consecutively and finishes one copy of the whole document before printing the pages for the next copy of the document.
  
  
• Uncollated: The printer prints copies of each page before printing the next page.
