The Fax dialog box appears when you select Fax as the Job Type on the Paper/Output tab in your print driver.
Note: Some features are only supported by specific printers, operating systems, or driver types. You may see more features or options listed than what your printer supports.
Use the Recipients tab to add recipients for this fax in the Fax Recipients table.
As you add recipients to the Fax Recipients table, the table shows the recipients' fax numbers and names. It may also show their organizations, phone numbers, and email addresses.
If desired, you can also create a cover sheet on the Cover Sheet tab, change fax options on the Options tab, and change phonebook preferences in the Preferences dialog box.
After you finish setting up your fax, click the OK button to return to the print driver, click the OK button to save the print driver settings, and then print your job as a fax.
