Quick Reference

To export extracted data to an external file using the Data Extraction wizard

1. Click Annotate tabTables panelExtract Data. At the command prompt, enter dataextraction.
2. In the Data Extraction wizard, click Next on each page until the Choose Output page is displayed.
3. Click Output Data to External File.
4. Click the Browse button. Select a file format from the drop-down list.
5. Click Next. Proceed through the wizard until the Finish page displays.
6. Click Finish.

The external file is created.
