Impact on the System

The master control module runs abnormally when the alarm is reported.

System Actions

None.

Possible Causes

  • The input -48V power supply is not within the range.
  • The hardware of the master clock module is faulty.

Procedure

  1. Check if the input -48V power supply is within range of -40V~-60V.

    Y=> The alarm is not cleared. Go to Step 2.

    N=> Check the external power supply. Alarm Handling is completed.

  2. Replace the DTMU

    Replace the DTMU and see if the alarm has been cleared.

    Y=> The alarm is cleared. Alarm handling is completed.

    N=> The alarm is not cleared. Please contact Huawei Customer Service Center.
