Possible Causes

The configuration data does not contain PSU data while a PSU is physically inserted.

Procedure

  1. Check the configuration for the PSU in the power system. Check whether the number of PSUs and the slot numbers for the PSU in the configuration data are consistent with the number of actually inserted PSUs and the slot numbers.

    Y=> Go to step 3.

    N=> Go to step 2.

  2. Remove the inserted PSU and check whether the alarm is cleared.

    Y=> The alarm is cleared. The alarm handling is complete.

    N=> The alarm is not cleared. Go to step 3.

  3. Replace the PMU that monitors the power supply system, and then check whether the alarm is cleared.

    Y=>The alarm is cleared. Alarm handling is complete.

    N=> The alarm is not cleared. Please contact Huawei Customer Service Center.
