View whether the RUN indicator of the TEU board flashes normally with frequency of 1Hz. Reset the TEU if not. View whether the alarm is cleared.
Y=> The alarm handling ends.
N=> Go to Step 2.
Remove the TES and then the TEU. Reinsert them into the previous respective slots if having not any damages, making sure insert the TEU first and then the TES. Start both boards and view whether the alarm is cleared in two minutes.

N=> Go to Step 3.
Replace the TES. Start the new TEU and view whether the alarm is cleared in two minutes.

The TES support hot-line plug, while the TEU not. Therefore, keep in mind not to remove/reinsert the TEU when the TES is in position.
