Description

This alarm is triggered when the communication link between the TES and the TMU fails.

System Actions

Possible Causes

  • The physical link for communication between the TMU and the TES is faulty.
  • The TES is not is in power-on state.
  • The TES has not been installed.

Procedure

  1. Check whether the TES has been installed

    Check whether the TES has been installed. Install it if not. View whether the alarm is cleared.

    Y=> The alarm handling ends.

    N=> Go to Step 2.

  2. Check whether the TES is in power-on state

    Check whether the TES power indicator is normal. Remove the TES to check it, and then reinsert it into the original position if in well-condition. This action will make services interrupted.

    Y=> The alarm handling ends.

    N=> Go to Step 3.

  3. Replace the TES

    Replace the TES with a proper one. View whether the alarm is cleared after the new board becomes in normal operation. This action will make services interrupted.

    Y=> The alarm handling ends.

    N=> Huawei Customer Service Center.

    NOTE:

    The TES supports hot-line plug.
