Description

This alarm is triggered when the BTS3012A air-conditioner or AC power supply fails. This alarm occurs only to the BTS3012A air-conditioner cabinet instead of the heat exchanger cabinet.

Impact on the System

If this alarm is caused by air-conditioner failure, the temperature in the cabinet will rise gradually, thus leading to service interruption when the system starts high-temperature protection.

System Actions

None.

Possible Causes

  • The air-conditioner in the cabinet fails.
  • There is no AC input.
  • AC power supply is out of phase.

Procedure

  1. Check whether there are any correlated alarms

    Check whether ALM-5988 No Mains Supply Alarm is reported on the LMT. Handle ALM-5988 No Mains Supply Alarm according to the corresponding handling suggestions. Check whether the alarm is cleared.

    Y=> The alarm handling ends.

    N=> Go to Step 2.

    Check whether ALM-8588 Voltage Regulator Alarm is reported on the LMT. Handle ALM-8588 Voltage Regulator Alarm according to the corresponding handling suggestions. Check whether the alarm is cleared.

    Y=> The alarm handling ends.

    N=> Go to Step 2.

  2. Check the power supply of the air conditioner

    Measure the AC voltage for the air-conditioner to see whether it is between 180V and 260V.

    Y=>The air-conditioner may be faulty. Huawei Customer Service Center.

    Y=>The AC power supply fails. Huawei Customer Service Center.
