You need to configure the Pb interface E1/T1 when BSC is configured with the external PCU.

You need to configure the Pb signaling link when the BSC is configured with the external PCU.

Each GMPS or GEPS can be configured with up to sixty-four 64 kbit/s Pb signaling links.
